Everything was great until we hit the finance manager.
Everything was great until we hit the finance manager. We arrived at dealer at 6:00 pm. We had one used car we wanted. It was a cash deal. We didn’t get out until 10:30 pm with no car. The finance manager took forever and ultimately never told us we couldn’t drive away with car. ACH, wire transfer, nothing was acceptable since the bank wasn’t open. Next day, wire transfer completed by 1:00 pm. Still the finance manager said no car and would need another day. This was terribly upsetting! He misled us and we believe it was all his fault we couldn’t get the car sooner. Be aware!

I will not be returning to this dealership as a customer. The vehicle I purchased was delivered in poor condition, despite being promised it would be detailed. It was filthy and had paint specks all over it, to the point that I had to pay to have it properly cleaned after the purchase. The overall experience felt rushed, as if the goal was simply to get us in and out once we chose a vehicle. On top of that, I found the manager to be unprofessional and dismissive. I was also stood up for scheduled appointments, which only added to the frustration. What makes this even more disappointing is that I referred someone to this dealership the very next day, and they had a similarly negative experience. That reflects poorly on me, and I regret making that recommendation. Based on this experience, I have no reason to return.

Elijah was awesome but financing gave a whole issue when we were not financially through dodge as well as one of the managers tried bringing us a 4 thousand dollar price that was more then what was agreed and we fixed that he just kept repeating I’ve worked with navy fed a lot of times not knowing I work at navy fed and have been a manager for navy fed over seas. Very unprofessional in the end we got what we wanted but am definitely turned off by poor management and bad tactics. Adam Cantu tried to pull a snake move. And Latzu was just complimented.

Its been nearly two months, I have been on hold for almost two hour over 8 phone calls, and have sent 3 emails all of which have been ignored. The one and only time I got someone to talk to me about a week after receiving the part they admitted it was their mistake and said they would send me box to ship back for refund. No box and no further communication after that. Wouldn't go near this place ever again.

I think the dealership needs to do a better job at confirming the Carfax description before they simply regurgitate that info. I bought a CPO that listed cooled seats in the key features. Under the "Sellers description" it further lists "front ventilated seats". Neither are true!! When I test drove the vehicle I was more concerned with the drive ability, engine noises, alignment, etc and did not even think about checking for cooled seats. The AC was running great and kept us cool during the 10 minute test drive. Speaking from experience, leather seats are just too dang hot in San Antonio and, as I told the dealership when I brought this to their attention, I would have never purchased a vehicle with leather seats without the ventilation feature. I'm super disappointed, I now have 2 vehicles with hot leather seats without ventilation. This is a lack of oversight on the dealership and could have been prevented by simply verifying information before listing a vehicle for sale.
