The Sales person was great. The only complaint is that after purchase we were told it would take half an hour to get the car ready. And it took two hours. There was no explanation.

After initial phone call, the vehicle was ready and waiting for the test drive. We felt we were listened to and heard, and all of our questions were addressed. We were comfortable enough to purchase the same day, and the vehicle was ready for us to drive off the lot the same day. Overall good experience!
I called and was transfered to Keilly , I asked for the Name and Number of the General Manager to let him know of the issues im going thru with lower Management after I bought a New truck a week ago. Very polite and professional staff. As I would be waiting for my car, I was given an estimate of when it would be done and, in fact, my car was ready about 20-30 minutes before I was told it would be ready. Which is a whole lot better than being 20-30 minutes (or more) after the estimated time of completion.

After being turned down by World Car Nissan and Ancira CJRD I was quite discouraged. Ancira CJRD even had me come up stating I was approved for a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Platinum Reserve only to get there and be told otherwise. San Antonio Dodge had me approved within 15 minutes

I went in last Wednesday to buy an SUV I was dead-set on financing. I was stressed, but in dire need of transportation. I have A RAM 3500 Cummins diesel and I ran into an issue with my front fuel filter cover seemingly being welded to the housing. Great, i though a plastic housing and plastic cap, just what a HD truck needs more plastic. So of course the lug on the cover rounded off because why not, its plastic. Now for the good stuff.... Long and not very informative. Sold me a new vehicle that had a rodent living in engine and chewed through washer fluid line. Blake is one of the best Service advisors you can have he goes over and beyond to get things right.But sad to say i cant say the same about the director. i had my wife charger up there several times for the same problem before the warranty expired, they couldnt for some reason fix the problem of the humming noise coming from the drivers side. This is probably worse. Customer service i have ever received from any dealership in the San Antonio area.They lied to me about what I would get for my vehicle and the vehicles that they have on-site.Then I sat there 2 and half hours standing around after getting off work and drove a hour and a half then I was told the would check another truck I had to call for 2 days straight to finally get a answer they hung up on me multiple times and just ignored my phone call

Terrible service. I ordered a part online from them around two months ago. Gave my vin for the part on a 5.7 hemi, what I recieved was a part for a eco diesel.
