It is with serious regret and extreme disappointment that I complete this review, with little expectation of a solid resolution. This most recent purchase is my 3rd at bat and im 0-3 with this dealership, but I digress.

I have A RAM 3500 Cummins diesel and I ran into an issue with my front fuel filter cover seemingly being welded to the housing. Great, i though a plastic housing and plastic cap, just what a HD truck needs more plastic. So of course the lug on the cover rounded off because why not, its plastic. Now for the good stuff.... I did not like how dealership added mandatory options to vehicle driving price up from posted price. I also didn't like that I put 35k down on a car and now have a car payment. Over 240 per month.
Outstanding supporting and service
Long and not very informative. Sold me a new vehicle that had a rodent living in engine and chewed through washer fluid line. Called to notify,after taking to another jeep deal closer to house because of road construction and closures, and had a time trying to get someone to answer. This is probably worse. Customer service i have ever received from any dealership in the San Antonio area.They lied to me about what I would get for my vehicle and the vehicles that they have on-site.Then I sat there 2 and half hours standing around after getting off work and drove a hour and a half then I was told the would check another truck I had to call for 2 days straight to finally get a answer they hung up on me multiple times and just ignored my phone call
Cody listened to everything I was looking for and found me the best option! He was very accommodating and had a very positive attitude. I would absolutely recommend other people to go here.
Terrible service. I ordered a part online from them around two months ago. Gave my vin for the part on a 5.7 hemi, what I recieved was a part for a eco diesel. Its been nearly two months, I have been on hold for almost two hour over 8 phone calls, and have sent 3 emails all of which have been ignored. Buying a vehicle is a major purchase, and what matters most is how a dealership responds when a customer has concerns. In my case, they were committed to finding a solution and resolving the problem. I appreciate the effort that was made to correct the situation and make sure I was taken care of.

Horrible pre owned sales manager Manager refused to provide used vehicle reconditioning, failed to offer better deal on vehicle cost, the whole experience would take over 6 paragraphs to type
They had the exact truck I wanted, I was there less than 3 hours total and got the vehicle close to the monthly payment I wanted. Parker was amazing and even drove to my house to have my wife who was sick sign the papers.

Got my oil changed for my Nissan kick and they were able to get me in and out with no problem, and had the best service in parts and was very nice and give me good information on my car and things i need to look out for. The parts guys was super nice and plus helpful on my questions I had about my nissan and on my Ram truck especially on that plus got upcoming service on my ram next week can't wait

Communication and clarity could be better. I had to keep calling to find out what was going on with my truck. One person told me i had recalls another said I didn't. Then I pick up my truck with a flat.

The team was great. I had a good sales person and no pressure. Only thing that sucked is a week after buying my car the differential and drive shift sheared. It was an as is sale because it was used and out of warranty but the dealership itself was a good experience.

I went to this dealership after seeing a vehicle advertised online that I was very interested in. I even received a call confirming the car was available and ready for me to see. However, when I arrived, things quickly went downhill.
A salesperson approached me, and I explained exactly which vehicle I was there for. Instead of showing me that car, they brought out a different one that was about $10,000 more and insisted it was the same vehicle. It felt incredibly misleading and honestly insulting.

I will not be returning to this dealership as a customer. The vehicle I purchased was delivered in poor condition, despite being promised it would be detailed. It was filthy and had paint specks all over it, to the point that I had to pay to have it properly cleaned after the purchase.

Previously had an awful experience with another location having my car serviced and was nervous to take it in again, Jeff went above and beyond to help me feel reassured about leaving my vehicle to get fixed. 10 out of 10.
I have been trying to get a hold of management to make good on their end of the deal and no one has responded in over three weeks even though I have attempted emailing and calling multiple times a week. All I need is my second key that was promised to me. Doesn’t seem that hard.
