They lie about everything thing when getting a used vehicle from them they don’t keep there word on anything. They told me they checked and fixed the alignment and balance on the truck and they did not do that. Zero issues messaged internet sales, they had it up front and ready, gave me a fair price on the trade in, will be fixing a small dent the truck had at delivery, they were cool and let me go back and grab the stuff I forgot in the old truck and had it pulled up front for me. The sales guy was nice enough to carry stuff for me from the old to new and followed me home to grab the title.

We're service department ever no communication charging.You for things, you did not ask for or not telling you up front that you have to pay for a bunch of things that you knew nothing about.And that was just to check it out.That was not even included in any of the repairs simple repairs

This is my 2nd time working with Isaac and as a young college student it's easy to get your eyes poked out at dealerships, but not here. Both men worked extremely hard to get me into a much nicer, newer vehicle while still working with my budget. Wouldn't want go anywhere else even if I had the chance to.

The Sales person was great. The only complaint is that after purchase we were told it would take half an hour to get the car ready. And it took two hours. There was no explanation.

As I would be waiting for my car, I was given an estimate of when it would be done and, in fact, my car was ready about 20-30 minutes before I was told it would be ready. Which is a whole lot better than being 20-30 minutes (or more) after the estimated time of completion.
