After being turned down by World Car Nissan and Ancira
After being turned down by World Car Nissan and Ancira CJRD I was quite discouraged. Ancira CJRD even had me come up stating I was approved for a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Platinum Reserve only to get there and be told otherwise. San Antonio Dodge had me approved within 15 minutes

Extremely disappointing experience.
Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They keep misleading you with the numbers. Every time they show you a different price or payment, and when you question the inconsistencies, they claim there was a mistake with the vehicle. But when the same thing happens with four different vehicles, it is hard to believe these are just honest mistakes. What makes the experience even worse is the lack of accountability. I have tried multiple times to contact management to discuss my concerns, but nobody responds, and the front office does not seem interested in helping connect me with anyone in charge. They claim that customer satisfaction is their top priority, but based on my experience, that could not be further from the truth. Their actions suggest that customer satisfaction is the last thing they care about. Save yourself the time and frustration and consider taking your business elsewhere.

Terrible service.
Terrible service. I ordered a part online from them around two months ago. Gave my vin for the part on a 5.7 hemi, what I recieved was a part for a eco diesel. Its been nearly two months, I have been on hold for almost two hour over 8 phone calls, and have sent 3 emails all of which have been ignored. The one and only time I got someone to talk to me about a week after receiving the part they admitted it was their mistake and said they would send me box to ship back for refund. No box and no further communication after that. Wouldn't go near this place ever again.

I think the dealership needs to do a better job at
I think the dealership needs to do a better job at confirming the Carfax description before they simply regurgitate that info. I bought a CPO that listed cooled seats in the key features. Under the "Sellers description" it further lists "front ventilated seats". Neither are true!! When I test drove the vehicle I was more concerned with the drive ability, engine noises, alignment, etc and did not even think about checking for cooled seats. The AC was running great and kept us cool during the 10 minute test drive. Speaking from experience, leather seats are just too dang hot in San Antonio and, as I told the dealership when I brought this to their attention, I would have never purchased a vehicle with leather seats without the ventilation feature. I'm super disappointed, I now have 2 vehicles with hot leather seats without ventilation. This is a lack of oversight on the dealership and could have been prevented by simply verifying information before listing a vehicle for sale.

I recently purchased a Charger from San Antonio Dodge, and I was thoroughly impressed with the sales team. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming and attentive, making the buying process smooth and enjoyable. The sales representative was knowledgeable about the different models and features, helping me find the perfect truck to fit my needs. They took the time to answer all my questions and never pressured me into a decision. The financing process was straightforward, and they worked hard to get me a great deal. Overall, the professionalism and customer service of the sales team made my purchase experience a positive one. I highly recommend San Antonio Dodge for anyone in the market for a new vehicle!

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.
This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I went in with expectations for what I wanted to make happen and was met with a team of guys who didn’t try to make me budge on things I wasn’t willing to go for or give me the run around just so they could have a car sold which has been my experience at almost every dealership in my 10 years of buying experience. Ty and Russel, thank yall so much for making this new car happen for me and my family and for making this buying experience one that I will use as a set standard for future buying. Yall are the best! And thank you to Samantha as well for making it happen. Never seen a team of people work so hard to get me what I wanted without trying to push me outside of what I was willing to do. All my gratitude!!

After initial phone call, the vehicle was ready and waiting for the test drive. We felt we were listened to and heard, and all of our questions were addressed. We were comfortable enough to purchase the same day, and the vehicle was ready for us to drive off the lot the same day. Overall good experience!
