Everything was great until we hit the finance manager.
Everything was great until we hit the finance manager. We arrived at dealer at 6:00 pm. We had one used car we wanted. It was a cash deal. We didn’t get out until 10:30 pm with no car. The finance manager took forever and ultimately never told us we couldn’t drive away with car. ACH, wire transfer, nothing was acceptable since the bank wasn’t open. Next day, wire transfer completed by 1:00 pm. Still the finance manager said no car and would need another day. This was terribly upsetting! He misled us and we believe it was all his fault we couldn’t get the car sooner. Be aware!

Would NEVER recommend dealing with Luke. Most disrespectful salesman I have ever met. I had signed off and agreed to a payment and term for a vehicle the Luke comes in to close the deal. His approach and demeanor was arrogant and condescending as he tried to increase my payment and term which totaled over 7K. He had the audacity to ask "don't you have something around the house you could sell" all while smiling and chewing gum. I was stunned. My son and I had been working with our salesman for over two hours to make a deal that worked and then Luke entered the picture. I don't know if he has a problem with women or feels that women are an easy target to take advantage but that was definitely the way he came across. I was so distraught by his blatant disrespect and arrogance that we had to leave the dealership. Our salesman and two others from the dealership contacted us several times on our way home. One of the ones to contact us was the general manager Dennis who had an "I could care less how you were made to feel - but do you want to buy a vehicle" attitude.

I will not be returning to this dealership as a customer. The vehicle I purchased was delivered in poor condition, despite being promised it would be detailed. It was filthy and had paint specks all over it, to the point that I had to pay to have it properly cleaned after the purchase. The overall experience felt rushed, as if the goal was simply to get us in and out once we chose a vehicle. On top of that, I found the manager to be unprofessional and dismissive. I was also stood up for scheduled appointments, which only added to the frustration. What makes this even more disappointing is that I referred someone to this dealership the very next day, and they had a similarly negative experience. That reflects poorly on me, and I regret making that recommendation. Based on this experience, I have no reason to return.

Elijah was awesome but financing gave a whole issue when we were not financially through dodge as well as one of the managers tried bringing us a 4 thousand dollar price that was more then what was agreed and we fixed that he just kept repeating I’ve worked with navy fed a lot of times not knowing I work at navy fed and have been a manager for navy fed over seas. Very unprofessional in the end we got what we wanted but am definitely turned off by poor management and bad tactics. Adam Cantu tried to pull a snake move. And Latzu was just complimented.

I think the dealership needs to do a better job at confirming the Carfax description before they simply regurgitate that info. I bought a CPO that listed cooled seats in the key features. Under the "Sellers description" it further lists "front ventilated seats". Neither are true!! When I test drove the vehicle I was more concerned with the drive ability, engine noises, alignment, etc and did not even think about checking for cooled seats. The AC was running great and kept us cool during the 10 minute test drive. Speaking from experience, leather seats are just too dang hot in San Antonio and, as I told the dealership when I brought this to their attention, I would have never purchased a vehicle with leather seats without the ventilation feature. I'm super disappointed, I now have 2 vehicles with hot leather seats without ventilation. This is a lack of oversight on the dealership and could have been prevented by simply verifying information before listing a vehicle for sale.

Horrible experience. I went to this dealership after seeing a vehicle advertised online that I was very interested in. I even received a call confirming the car was available and ready for me to see. However, when I arrived, things quickly went downhill. A salesperson approached me, and I explained exactly which vehicle I was there for. Instead of showing me that car, they brought out a different one that was about $10,000 more and insisted it was the same vehicle. It felt incredibly misleading and honestly insulting. At that point, I decided to leave. As I was walking out with my husband, both the salesperson and the loan officer followed us outside, continuing to insist that the higher-priced vehicle was the one I wanted. When I pointed out the price difference, the loan officer responded with, “What, do you want it for free?” — which was extremely rude and unprofessional. I made it clear I was there for the specific Jeep that had been advertised and confirmed as available by Alexis. Instead, I was treated with disrespect and condescension. What should have been an exciting and positive experience turned into a stressful and frustrating one. I have never been treated this poorly as a customer, especially when making such a significant purchase. Very disappointing.
