Its been nearly two months, I have been on hold for almost two hour over 8 phone calls, and have sent 3 emails all of which have been ignored. The one and only time I got someone to talk to me about a week after receiving the part they admitted it was their mistake and said they would send me box to ship back for refund. No box and no further communication after that. Wouldn't go near this place ever again.

I think the dealership needs to do a better job at confirming the Carfax description before they simply regurgitate that info. I bought a CPO that listed cooled seats in the key features. Under the "Sellers description" it further lists "front ventilated seats". Neither are true!! When I test drove the vehicle I was more concerned with the drive ability, engine noises, alignment, etc and did not even think about checking for cooled seats. The AC was running great and kept us cool during the 10 minute test drive. Speaking from experience, leather seats are just too dang hot in San Antonio and, as I told the dealership when I brought this to their attention, I would have never purchased a vehicle with leather seats without the ventilation feature. I'm super disappointed, I now have 2 vehicles with hot leather seats without ventilation. This is a lack of oversight on the dealership and could have been prevented by simply verifying information before listing a vehicle for sale.

I will not be returning to this dealership as a customer. The vehicle I purchased was delivered in poor condition, despite being promised it would be detailed. It was filthy and had paint specks all over it, to the point that I had to pay to have it properly cleaned after the purchase. The overall experience felt rushed, as if the goal was simply to get us in and out once we chose a vehicle. On top of that, I found the manager to be unprofessional and dismissive. I was also stood up for scheduled appointments, which only added to the frustration. What makes this even more disappointing is that I referred someone to this dealership the very next day, and they had a similarly negative experience. That reflects poorly on me, and I regret making that recommendation. Based on this experience, I have no reason to return.

Elijah was awesome but financing gave a whole issue when we were not financially through dodge as well as one of the managers tried bringing us a 4 thousand dollar price that was more then what was agreed and we fixed that he just kept repeating I’ve worked with navy fed a lot of times not knowing I work at navy fed and have been a manager for navy fed over seas. Very unprofessional in the end we got what we wanted but am definitely turned off by poor management and bad tactics. Adam Cantu tried to pull a snake move. And Latzu was just complimented.

They lie about everything thing when getting a used vehicle from them they don’t keep there word on anything. They told me they checked and fixed the alignment and balance on the truck and they did not do that. I had to pay $112 after the fact to get it done call them and told them and got no return phone call still waiting for the license plate bracket that they told me they were going to order and never. And yes, I understand it’s a used vehicle comes as is, but when you’re gonna tell me that you’re gonna do something then it should’ve been done. I shouldn’t have to pay extra money to have it done.

Finally the issue is resolved 8 daddy's later than promised , a few sorrys and thats all that is done to make up forvthier broken promises, its ashamed anything will be said to close a deal and afterwards the customer is second to new potential customers !I have never experienced this at any other dealership, very sad in this time and day.

Terrible service.
Terrible service. I ordered a part online from them around two months ago. Gave my vin for the part on a 5.7 hemi, what I recieved was a part for a eco diesel. Its been nearly two months, I have been on hold for almost two hour over 8 phone calls, and have sent 3 emails all of which have been ignored. The one and only time I got someone to talk to me about a week after receiving the part they admitted it was their mistake and said they would send me box to ship back for refund. No box and no further communication after that. Wouldn't go near this place ever again.
