Very responsive and always kept us up to date! We went in already approved with our bank, they tried to get us to re apply there, but they understood when we said “no, it’s okay”. Sales part was great, smooth, and fast. The financial paperwork stuff took a long time, but it’s always like that. Side panel on the truck we chose was broken and they agreed to fix it for us at not additional cost. Katerina was amazing!! We loved her and her energy! She was very honest and straight forward. However, do you have a classic car that we asked you ever looked at it and appraised it to be extremely careful, because the front end is so long and it up having damage to the front end when someone hit a curb We have had my car for about a week now and three days ago the service light came on, but we were told that the car had been serviced already. I also woke up the morning after we bought the car with the tire, losing pressure and it was only driven from San Antonio to Schertz Texas
