San Antonio Jeep Grand Cherokee dealers like ourselves know and understand exactly what matters to customers-looks, power, fuel efficiency, safety, price, technology, and a whole host of other things.  We have to know all about that stuff to be successful at what we do.  There's not a whole lot of choice there.

But what do you think customers rank as dealerships' most important values?  They'd probably say that there's little we care…
When we here at San Antonio Chrysler Dodge Jeep say that we want to offer the very best in American vehicles to all of our customers, we literally mean all of our customers, including the ones with special driving needs.

By "special driving needs," we mean a whole lot of things, but it all pretty much falls under the banner of permanent disabilities.  If you've got a handicapped parking license plate for your vehicle…

One can only imagine that in the beginning, Chrysler's decision to enter back into the fierce compact car segment with the newly designed 2013 Dodge Dart had to have caused at least few nights of lost sleep for Chrysler executives. However, yesterday, as the first 2013 Dodge Dart rolled off the production line in Belvidere, Illinois, Chrysler had nothing but reason to celebrate.

The first 2013 Dodge Dart rolls off production…

Chrysler Still the Minivan King

You want to see a pretty crazy number?  Since 2007, Chrysler has held at least 40% of the U.S. minivan market at any given time.  We know that's not as flashy as, say, holding half of the racecar market or a third of the spaceship market, but minivans were invented (by us, we might add) because they were practical, not flashy.  Even today, families looking for a top-notch people-pusher that's equally helpful…

Jeep Compass Among Women Buyers' Top Models

If there's one thing that husbands have learned after thousands and thousands of years' worth of marriages, it's that we should always listen to our wives when it comes to making major life decisions.  In buying a house, women notice small details that men never would, while a man is more likely to just buy something and get it over with.  With cars, similar problems arise, as women look for something practical, reliable…

Dodge Dart & Chrysler 300 Win Interior Award

How do you judge the aesthetics of a car?  Do you make a trip around the body of the vehicle, looking at all the finer points in the sheet metal, then step back and look at the thing as a whole?  Does beauty for you lie under the hood, where a bigger, more powerful engine means more inherent magnificence?  Generally, when someone talks about a "gorgeous automobile," they're talking about one of those two…

2012 Chrysler 300 STR8 One of Fastest Cars Under $50,000

They call them "dream cars" for a reason, and that reason has almost everything to do with the fact that we'd only be able to afford the sexiest, fastest, most powerful cars in the world in our dreams.  Very few of us have $100,000 to spend on a Porsche or Ferrari, for example, which means if we want to buy a sports car with as much grunt as possible, our best bet is…

Chrysler Has Best Month In Four Years

Look, 2008 scared a lot of us.  Financially, it was one of the most frightening years a lot of folks have experienced in a very long time, and it's taken almost half a decade for the country to get back on track.  But get back on track we have, as the first quarter of 2012 proved to be one of the best quarters Wall Street has seen in quite a while.  The auto industry…

Chrylser Planning More Great Ads

In today's world of DVR and Tivo, more and more Americans are simply given the opportunity to fast-forward through advertisements, and from the consumer's perspective that's probably a good thing.  No force-feeding propaganda to your kids, no having to sit through the same annoying ad gags over and over again, no silly jingles getting stuck in your head.

But if you fast-forwarded through all the commercials, you might miss the truly classic…
