Some Changes for the 2012 Jeep Wrangler

They say that if something ain't broke, you shouldn't make any attempt to fix it, but we're not so sure about that.  Chicken was a perfectly delicious dinner option before Buffalo winged it or Colonel Sanders made any attempt to Kentucky Fry it, and as refreshing as water can be we all can agree that adding a little bit of Kool-Aid powder to the fray makes for an exponentially tastier beverage.

Keeping that in mind, our engineers thought it necessary to make a few changes to the 2012 Jeep Wrangler despite the fact that there really was nothing wrong with the 2011 version.

The most notable upgrade for the 2012 model year is-get ready for this-40% more horsepower.  The 2011 Wrangler pushed out a respectable 202 hp, but the new one gets a bump up to 285.  The fuel efficiency is also a little better thanks to a five-speed automatic transmission, and in general the new 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 has just found a great compromise between power and efficiency.  In this case, that compromise involves better performance for both.  See?  Win-win!

We're pretty confident that these changes are major enough to create a pretty wide space between the '12 Wrangler and any used Jeep Wrangler San Antonio dealers may try to throw your way.  It's not that anything is wrong with those old ones; it's just that innovation is what keeps the world interesting.  There's never been a better Jeep Wrangler, and that's because we didn't settle for just pretty good.  We went for great.
