Chrylser Planning More Great Ads

In today's world of DVR and Tivo, more and more Americans are simply given the opportunity to fast-forward through advertisements, and from the consumer's perspective that's probably a good thing.  No force-feeding propaganda to your kids, no having to sit through the same annoying ad gags over and over again, no silly jingles getting stuck in your head.

But if you fast-forwarded through all the commercials, you might miss the truly classic ones, like 2011's "Imported from Detroit" and 2012's "Halftime in America" Chrysler ads.  Both were moving, inspirational, and truly memorable without being hokey or shameless.  Four more Chrysler ads are on their way, intended to build off of that Clint Eastwood "Halftime in America" spot from this most recent Super Bowl.

We here at San Antonio Chrysler Dodge Jeep have seen the spots, and all we can really say about them is that they're all hopeful, a little inspirational, and definitely American in theme.  Each of the four spots focuses on one of the Chrysler brands-Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram-with the Jeep one having already been released on the internet.  If you're curious, here it is.

In San Antonio, Chrysler 200 sales have already been aided significantly by those first two Super Bowl ads, and we think these are going to help, too.  Not only that, but they're actually really nice little short pieces of film.  Sure, you could fast forward through them like you do everything else on your DVR, but you'd be missing out on some really good stuff.
